As a Central Florida Public Adjuster, Lee M. Walters is a public insurance adjuster who works on behalf of you, the policyholder, to assist and represent you on insurance claims and helps maximize the proper claim recovery and benefits that you may receive as allowed under your policy.

Based in the Orlando area, Lee has assisted policyholders throughout the Central Florida Region including the counties of Orange, Osceola, Brevard, Flagler, Lake, Marion, Polk, Seminole, Sumter and Volusia. He is bonded and a licensed Public Adjuster in Florida and the state of Georgia.

His work as a Public Adjuster represents both homeowner and business policyholders interpreting their policies, assessing damages, repair costs, and negotiating with the insurance company claims adjuster on behalf of policyholder throughout the claim process in a spirit of fairness & justice to his clients, the insurance companies and the public.

Working on behalf of businesses and homeowners as a Public Adjuster allows him to understand, handle, and offer a variety of insurance related services including, but not limited to the claim filing process, evaluating damage, reviewing policy provisions & determining the policyholder’s rights, assembling the necessary paperwork, handling disputes and resolutions between insurance companies and policyholders, assuring proper claim recovery and benefits as allowed under the policy.
